Former Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) Secretary Bradley L. Mallory will return to the agency as an executive deputy secretary later this month. He will replace former Deputy Secretary Mark Compton, who was appointed CEO of the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Mallory served as PennDOT secretary from 1995 to 2002 under Governors Tom Ridge and Mark Schweiker. He recently stepped down as president, CEO and director of Moon-based Michael Baker Corporation.
